WHO ARE WE?

Charlie Pelaez is the owner of Atomik Filma. He is a multi-instrumentalist music producer, composer, film maker and DJ with a specialization in Music Production by Berklee. Playing piano and composing music since he was 5 years old, he studied in Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes at Veracruz from 1995 to 1998, then back again from 2001-2003, he also studied Music Composition at Fermata and at G’Martell. After his Bachellor degree in Advertising, Charlie has worked for many marketing companies for video production, editing and design. Also with his short film “Paranoia” he was nominated to Best Horror Short Film by Hallucinea Film Festival and The Flint Short Film Freakdown.

He made a career in pop & electronic music reaching international charts, Top 50 in Belgium’s UltraTOP National Chart, 5 million plays on Spotify, and reached Top 50 many times at Beatport. As a DJ he has also been collaborating in big events like Electric Daisy Carnival and Formula 1 together with a 1-month China Tour in 7 different cities.
